Thank you for considering one of our puppies, we are so excited to work with you! Your puppy will be wormed and given all of his/her vaccinations up the date. You will receive AKC Registration Papers, your puppies health records, & a little gift. Interacting, & spending quality time with our babies is VERY important to us. We do practice Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) exercises with our babies. ENS is believed to impact the neurological system by kicking it into action earlier than would be normally expected, the result being an increased capacity that later will help to make the difference in its performance, according to Breeding Better Dogs.

Prices are subject to possible changes at any time, this is due to the changing costs of caring for our babies. Buyers whom do not accept price changes have 1 months after the price change to request a  full refund on their deposit. Current prices are always kept updated here, our last price change was in ealry 2021. Puppies are currently $3100. ***Only Pennsylvannia residents are required to pay PA sales tax (6%) on remaining balance. You will not pay sales tax on the waitlist deposit or any service related fee if applicable***

*All appointments must be scheduled during our business hours only. Our business hours are Monday- Friday 12- 530PM.  No exceptions*

OUR PROCESS

1). Click on the "contact us" tab and fill out required fields.

2). If we have a spot available on our waitlist, you will then need to send in your waitlist deposit by check. This deposit will reserve your  spot on our waitlist, deposits are non refundable. Checks can be mailed to 4707 Scott Rd. Jamestown, PA 16134 & payable to Brittany Davidson.

3). After we have received your deposit, it's now time to wait for a specific litter to open up. Once this happens, I will reach out via email (remember your expected wait time when you sent your deposit).  This expected wait time will be at least 1 year longer if you are wanting a 1st or 2nd pick puppy.  Once you receive my email, it will then be up to you if you would like to move your deposit to this litter, or if you would like to stay on the waitlist and wait for another litter. If you are on our waitlist you must reply to our emails. If we do not receive a responce 1 week after our 2nd attempt to reach out via email, buyers will be removed from the waitlist & deposit will be forfeited. Also, deposits will be returned at any moment if we do not feel it will be a good fit for our baby. It is important to us that our babies are going to the best fitting homes & will be loved as much as we love them.

4). Once your deposit is moved to a specific litter it is now time to wait and watch these babies grow. I create a tab for each litter once the females are bred. You will want to keep an eye out for this as I will post all updates & information on the litter tab.  Any questions that you may have should have answers already on our website under the "preparing for a pup" tab, "learning center" tab, and your specific litter tab. Please be patient with sending questions if you can not find an answer on here, I am only in the office  few days a week.

5). Photos-I add group photos when the babies are about 3 days old, & individual photos at about 1 1/2, 3, 5, & 7 weeks. I  post a long video of all girls, & all boys when they turn 6 weeks old. I will also have a link to our instagram account where you will see even more photos and videos of these babies. Please understand that I spend a lot of time on these photos & videos, & we normally have 2 litters at a time making it even more time consuming. I am also a new mother & work full time, Snowwater Retriever's is my hobby which is why I only hve a few litters of pups in a year. I love posting adorable pictures but this is by no means what is important. What is important is spending time loving these babies, keeping them healthy, constant cleaning and sanitizing, grooming, socializing them, caring for them, & so much more.

6). Picking out your puppy- We start this process when the pups turn about 6 weeks old as this is when they start to show off their personalities. This process is not "in person"as this is what is best for our babies at this age. At 6 weeks these babies are very fragile. When you have tons of families come in for pick out, playing with all of the babies, someone is bound to have an "accident". It just happens no matter how careful everyone is, & we can not take these chances. Also, a very BIG reason for this decision is their immune systems. The puppies immune systems aren't fully developed at this age, they are very susceptible to many diseases. Keeping all of our babies healthy is priority. There will be tons of videos and picture to help you decide. Also trust me in saying that all of the babies are beautiful, healthy, and have amazing personalities and you will be able to see all of this in my updates :)

*How our puppy pick out process works- There will be a pick out schedule posted on your litter tab, each buyer will have a specific pick out date. You will have this entire day to decide on your baby. In order to know which babies you will be picking from, I will mark "available" next to the babies you will be picking from no later than 11am the morning of your appointment. Again, I must have an answer to which puppy you have decided on by the end of the day.  When you have decided on your baby simply shoot me an email letting me know your decision. If you have any questions just shoot me an email.

7). Preparing for your puppy- Click on the "preparing for a pup" tab. Please read ALL information. This will include feeding instructions, what to bring with you, suggestions on what to buy, future Vet appointments to schedule, and much more. You should be able to answer any questions here.

8). Pet Agreement-  You must have this filled out, signed, and emailed to me prior to picking up your baby. The attachment will be at the bottom of your litter page.

9). Paying for your pup- We accept cash & check payments only.

-If paying when you pick up your baby we ONLY accept cash.

-If paying by check we must receive your payment at least 2 weeks before your pick up date. Checks must be payable to Brittany Davidson & sent to our kennel address.

-*ONLY PA RESIDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY PA SALES TAX (6%). YOU DO NOT PAY SALES TAX ON YOUR WAITLIST DEPOSIT or HOLDING FEE'S BEYOND 8 WKS (IF APPLICABLE)

10). Picking up your puppy- Once the puppies are born I will post their go home date on their litter tab. You can email me to schedule your pick up appointment (they book up fast).  We offer you 2 choices for picking up your puppy when he or she turns 8 weeks old. If you cannot pick your puppy on his or her pick up date, we are happy to hold your puppy as long as you may need. We charge $25 per additional day that we have to keep your puppy, and include any vaccinations or worming required.

Option 1: You may drive to our kennel to pick up your puppy during our business hours, you must email me to schedule your appointment. Apointments book up fast & are available during our business hours Monday-Friday 12-530PM, no exceptions! The buyer/ person whom is signing the contract must pick up the puppy (no more than 3 people). You must arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment. If you arrive early please wait in your vehicle as I will most likely be with another customer until that time.  It is important to us that we meet the new parents of our babies. This is a big day for your new baby, keeping this as calm and easy as possible will make an easier transition for your new baby.  If  you are looking for a place to stay we recommend staying at the Cobblestone Hotel & Suites in Greenville, PA or Peter Allen Inn, in Kinsman, OH. If you are looking for something fun to do, explore Pymatuning Lake, have breafast or lunch at 215 Chapters, go feed the fish at the Linesville Spillway, or stop at our local winery & brewery (Mortal Key Brewery & Gatehouse Winery).

Option 2: You can fly to us, and fly your puppy home with you as your carry-on. You are responsible for contacting the airline, & paying the extra fees for your puppy to be able to fly. The airline will sell you a pet carrier for you puppy & let you know their requirements (all airlines are different). It is important to make sure the airline accepts puppies 8 weeks & older.
